This is an issue with how you have installed FS2002. You MUST ABSOLUTELY have installed it properly, so that its registry settings are correct.If you have copied your FS installation from disk to disk and forgot to update your registry, well, you're out of luck - you have to reinstall FS.(This is normal behavior).
