Press SHIFT-6 to open the FMS.No Problem.Go back to cockpit view.Click F to open the FMSWill not open.Click on View, Cockpit, check mark beside the CDU, but not able to open from here either. Clicking the second CDU opens fine.Back to Spot Plane view.Press SHIFT-6FMS opens fine.Anyone else able to duplicate this?

You are really giving the Panel Switcher a horror show when you Shift-6 to open the FMC... why don't you use the "F" button - that's what it's there for...

"You are really giving the Panel Switcher a horror show":-) Didn't mean to scare it!Actually, I came across this by mistake. I always use the F when I'm in the cockpit, but as I said I was in spot plane view when I did the SHIFT-6, so the F was not available in this view. Also, it was not my intention to bring up the FMS in spot plane, but the throttle quad. Just hit the SHIFT-6 by mistake, and then discovered it would not come up with the F when back in the cockpit.Managed to fix it by returning to spot plane view and bringing up the FMS again by SHIFT-6, then leaving it open and returning to the cockpit. If this is the way it's meant to work then that's fine, just caught me a little off guard when I couldn't get the FMS back in the cockpit. Thanks for the reply,

Hi Lefteris,The reason many of us might want to use key combos for opening various panels is that we can map them to hardware like the CH Pro Throttle that I use. I appreciate you providing us with nice icons but for the hard-core simmers it doesn't give them the reality they seek.I know you're up to your neck (and possibly higher!) with bug fixing but once the heat has dropped many of us would appreciate being able to map aircraft functions to key combos much like the 767PIC does. Sorry to keep mentioning THAT product but it does represent something of a benchmark. The good news is that PMDG are closer to it than anyone else (IMHO) and once the patch is out the gap will close further :-)I'll go back in my hole now :D Cheers,
