To Paul Gollnick;First of all I must say that this is the most beautiful add-on I have ever purchased for FS2002.When it's working I spend wonderfull hours flying this amazing plane.I very much appreciate your hard work and devotion but I honestly think you can make things much easier for yourself and your customers.I am having problems with the ever changing computer generated code when changing your software setup and/or reinstalling applications.I don't have any problems in general using products that require registration since I have lots of them which I can uninstall and install over and over again and get them working just by inserting the same code or key.Since PMDG has chosen to implement a key generating system that generates a new code every time you make a change in your system (even without changing your hardware setup) it might be wise to put the registration proces in the hands of an automated key generating computer so the customer gets the license key straightaway.It's no fun to have payed for a product and be dependent upon manual e-mail response before you can use it. So hopefully you will chance things for the better.Regards, Haromo
