Hi everyone,I had this happen a couple of times and am curious if anyone else is having an issue as well. Or..maybe this is a known issue that was posted in a previous forum I was unable to locate.When making manual entries in the FMC, it will lock up ocassionally. It locks XP up as well and eventually requires a "hot" shutdown by pulling the plug.I'm running a 2.5GHz machine with 512MB memory, ATI Radeon 64MB Graphics card with Windows XP.Thanks for your help and advice.Brian G

bumpThis just happened again tonight. This is the most frustrating thing to me. I happens all the time when making adjustments, entries, cleaning up the FMC.Is this a known issue, or does anyone else have this challange?Thanks for any help.Brian

Its happened to me too when making amendments to the FP like switching the arrival runway or something like that.Justin P.

While I don't know the priority PMDG is placing on this issue, I can confirm it for you, happens here most of the time. Took me 6 attempts to get off the ground once because of constant FMC crashes when I tried to alter the route. Suffice to say I haven't flown the 737NG since. I hope the patch addresses this issue.

It happens all the time for me in these situations :1. When making adjustments to the plan - i.e. when changing an already selected arrival to another, if there has been more than 5 minutes from the 2 inputs.2. When cleaning up the FMC after a flight, when I select a new departure airport FS locks up.Very frustrating indeed - but I count that PMDG has things under control. Looking forward to the patch today :)Martin
