July 23, 200322 yr Do you have an update regarding the missing SID/STAR procedures in the FMC - will there be a database available in the near future?
July 23, 200322 yr What SID/STARs are you missing ?As a member of Scandinavian Virtual Airlines, we have a homepage with a PMDG 737NG SID/STAR Collection - mainly for airports which is included in the SAS (and partners) database. You are welcome to enter a request - and I'll have a look at it. All SID/STARs found on the page, are 100% working, and up-to-date according to real life AIP's, so many of the SID/STARs you find on this page, can be found in the convertion file that has been put on the precisionmanuals.com download page - but the ones found on our homepage is newer, and also working *G*.Yesterday I tried using the MID3G departure out of EGLL from the SID/STAR convertion from PMDG - but boy - I should never have done that - hehehe ... If I had followed it I would have ended up 2800 Nm from the airport, then back again before MID *G*.Anyway - you are welcome to use our database, it doesn't include many SID/STARs yet - but they are coming.Homepage : http://pmdg.operations.dkBest regards,Martin Christian KochSAS533Scandinavian Virtual Airlines
July 23, 200322 yr The sid/stars exists but not used. About Ireland I'm only saying what Irish VACC as in the page. One thing I'm sure I never issued a SID or STAR for Portugal in VATSIM.Sometimes there a chance of getting a SID in LPMA but it is very rare.Edit:But I agree that how the SID and STAR are right now I must start flying in North Europe for the tiome beeing. Tried a Flight from Barcelona to Lisbon and had to ask vectors since the SID that I want was missing.Jos
