Hello all,on Friday I had a HDD crash on the one that I used to download all my FS related stuff, that included software installers and all. Fearing that the problems would involve my main HDD I produced a transfer code for the PMDG.Now I wanted to know if I can go ahead and have a new code sent to me and keep using the PMDG, but also if I could possibly have another link to get a new installer since that was on the HDD that crashed.I just attempted to send 2 mails to the e-mail address on the PMDG site that deals with lost products but both mails bounced back.I have all my details, whom could I contact to sort this out?Hope to hear from you soon and thanks in advance for your feed-back.Best regards,Bjorn Ghezzi

Bjorn,You should be able to get a new code using the automated license generator if you still have all the required info. If not send what you have and your new code to [email protected] and I will take care of it. Hi Paul,thanks for your prompt reply. I sent an e-mail to support for the installer but I'm still waiting for the reply.I was able to generate a key through the new automated licence generator but never was able to apply it since I still got problems with that d... PC. Probably it's a motherboard issue. So now I'll have to get a new one.
