Solution for "Engine #1 won't Start"

Featured Replies

Before your start sequence pres CTRL-SHFT-F4. It seems that the FS fuel control is somehow linked to engine #1 and most of us have this in the cutoff position so #1 refuses to start.Let me know if this helps.James

Thanks for this temporary solution! It works!!Regards Floris

Hi!Jepp, it works :-).Thanks James./Runar

Well, it doesn't seem to work in all cases, at least not for me. I've tried every possible suggestion I've read, to no avail. The #2 engine starts just fine, but #1 still refuses to 'take'.Paul

Yeah, I think you might have to press CTRL-SHFT-F4 after (not before) moving the fuel lever to ON.James
