August 6, 200322 yr Author Moderator To all,As a follow-up to this problem I posted last weekend I now have the answer to it. It's a known problem for XP users who have adopted the NTFS file system. As I changed to it from FAT32 only a few days earlier I suspected it may have something to do with that but I was also concerned that I might have a disk problem. So, in fairness to PMDG I felt I should post the solution which can be found in Microsoft's Knowledge base Article 298345. The solution for me as a sole user with full rights is to delete the file in a DOS session. Ray (Cheshire, England).
