Featured Replies

Hi guys, small questionis it my system or is it known that when at night, switching on the landing lights in 2D view hogs alot of performance out of my puter, don't have the same with the taxilights. The sound starts breaking up and stuttering...any help?(i now fly using taxilights only, no prob for me but if it can be fixed and you guys are willing to, why not ;-))Cheers

Hello Lenny,The landing and taxilights do eat performance. I have this problem will most of the other a/c I use in FS2K2 (PSS Airbus is really noticable). So it is a trade off, visuals vs. FPS.George

You can try (although I am not sure it will work or not.. to lower your hardware rendered lights in FS options>display>hardware. Right now, hardware rendered lights illuminate the engines when the landing lights are on. They also illuminate the wings when the wing lights are on.Try it out.VinPMDGwww.precisionmanuals.comhttp://www.vinscimone.com/dancnkid.gif
