James-I would recommend trying the download using Microsoft Internet Explorer if at all possible....The AOL browser is proprietary to AOL- and it doesn't often place nice with our server.... (we are investigating our end too- but haven't come up with anythign substantive yet!)The MSIE browser should work well...If you need more help- drop me a note at [email protected] and I can walk you through most of what you'll need for help!
