When I paste my own text in the notes.txt file they don't show up in the kneeboard within the sim.Why is that?ThanksJK

The procedure is in the FS2004 help section. Basically, this is it:Go to My documentsFlight Simulator FilesFind the .FLT file that is the name of your Flight Plan (Assumes Flight Plan created in FS2004 flight planner If not, name of .pln file.)Create an HTML document with your notes. Use Notepad of similar HTML editor.Save the file with the same name as your .FLT file, but with the extension .HTM (do not use the .FLT extension as this will erase your flight planYou should now have Briefings in your kneeboard.

It looks like they took away the ability to have a scratch pad, which was a really cool feature of fs2000/fs2002.Jeff
