The installer gets to the point where it is installing the "model.wlaspmdg737-700wlas.mdl" I stopped the installtion when the window displayed over four minutes remaing and getting longer.I then uninstalled using the uninstaller and tried again with the same results.

Rich-That's an odd one...Coupla things that I need in order to be able to help you effectively:1) What version of Windows are you using?2) How much available space do you have on your HD?3) Have you followed the instructions contained in the PMDG_INSTALLATION_README.TXT file that was included with your purchase? (I'm wondering if you have all four required installation files...)Drop me a note to support@ as well so that we can get a good tracer on getting you up and flying..

I fixed the trouble. the w04 file was corrupted.
