Does this error panel come up after the base install or after the upgrade?You mentioned they tried to migrate you onto another machine. I'm wondering if your licence key is set for a transfer already on this machine (so you are getting kicked out)?Did the registration panel come up when you started the base product and let you enter the key generated from the website?Ray
