September 10, 200322 yr Commercial Member Sounds like a botched patch update or possible a corrupt install. If you attempt to overwrite the guages with the patch and you recieve any error messages then this may happen. Accomplish the uninstall per the service update FAQ and then I recomend downloading a new version of the 3 instaler files and the SU1-1 updater.
