September 16, 200322 yr Blais, I've already been mailing the SID Plates to any who have been interested. The problem is that they are a tad large to post here at 900kRay
September 16, 200322 yr Hi Ray, You beat me to the punch again, huh? Good work. I do have a scanner here but have not tried to send copies of published material via the web or even email. I do not know what thelegalities of this action might be. Maybe you can clue me in?Regards
September 16, 200322 yr That is completely dependant on the source of the material. Check the copyright information on the material."Information on this site has been posted with the intent that it be readily available for personal and public non-commercial use and may be reproduced, in part or in whole and by any means, without charge or further permission from NAV CANADA."Since all Canada information is the property of the Government of Canada, any companies that happen to obtain that information probably find themselves caught between a rock and a hard place when it comes to copyright law. A third party who republishes someone elses copyright'd works does not have a legal leg to stand on unless the original copyright holder chooses to support their action as they are simply acting as an agent for the original owner (in this case the government of Canada)...Ray
