Dirt Balls!!!!

Featured Replies

Hello all...Heres a new one on me...See attached picsThis just started happening and is driving me nuts! All my aircraft show the little touchdown dirt balls even after they have left the tarnac and the wheels have been retracted! In fact, as soon as I fire up the sim, the show up on the ground under the wheels as if the aircraft were moving.Any idea what is causing this?Regards,

Look out! FLAK!Looks like you made someone pretty mad down there! There have been problems with dirt/dust trails posted before-you might try searching the forum for dirt or dust. Don't remember what the outcome was though...sorry.

Well, I did a search with the following and turned up nothing!"Dirt Dust Smoke FX Effects"Got 62 hits but none relating to this issue. Thanks,Greyfox

Are you sure you did not make a config entry from Combat Flight Simulator?? Man oh man ---- what happened to the "friendly skies"??????????? :-beerchug

Yep looks like flak to me ;-) Someone is shooting at you.

>Are you sure you did not make a config entry from Combat >Flight Simulator?? Man oh man ---- what happened to the >"friendly skies"??????????? :-beerchug Yeah, I thought about that, but I have not modified the cfg files for all a/c and yet they all show this same aborition!! If it weren't so funny, I'd really be upset.Still, I'd love to get rid of these thins. Even flying the big Iron they are there, even at cruise altitude. Touching down at FL350 ;-)

I'd look in "effects"..it's in there somewhere?

Well , look on the bright side, if you can't find the prob, you can always download a B-17 or a P-38....and man you will have scenery that is "AS REAL AS IT GETS" !!!!!:-beerchug
