TWA Re-Paint

Featured Replies

Can someone tell me if they can repaint the 737 PMDG bird in "new" TWA colors before I purchase it? It looks like a great plane and I fly for www.fly-twva.com Thankshttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/40711.jpg

Hello Golfcart22,just a gentle word, visitors to this forum are requested to sign their post with their real name, makes for friendlier exchanges;) I'm finishing two Air Cananda's and a Ryanair and if no one has done this livery after these are done, I'll give it a go.:-spacecraft

Hi Pete - Thanks for your fast response. Going to purchase the plane today and by the time I learn how to fly it, hopefully you guys can have a paint for me. Just a note, my name is in my signature so I kinda leave it to that. But I'll put my name at the bottom of my text as well. RegardsTony

Well, I did it. I purchased the PDMG 737 and am not disappointed in the least. Frame rates are fine - flight dynamics are great - working FMC - very nice job PDMG. Only need my TWA paint job now. Pete, hope you can get to this soon. Thanks bud.Tony

Hi Tony, since it seems that you can't wait :-) I've painted this livery and if you want, I could zip it and send it over to you.So you can use this repaint until Pete has the time to do the official one...GreetingsThomashttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/41818.jpg

>Beautiful job Thomas !! :-beerchug>>email is [email protected]>>:-walksmileVery nice, will you upload it to AVSIM please?

>>Very nice, will you upload it to AVSIM please?Timothy,I'm not sure about that.As I said in my post, this repaint is supposed to be a temporary one until Pete gets the time to do it. He definitely can do it better (as you can see by the comments: he gets 'excellent', I get 'nice'...:-lol )And, as far as I know, TWA doesn't have any 737.As I was born and grew up in Venezuela, I was thinking about painting a VIASA livery, but this airline doesn't exist any more.I mostly paint the liveries for my own entertainment. But, I should stop painting and start flying that excelent aircraft before I forget how to program the FMC...:-) GreetingsThomas

Thomas,as you've probably read, Pete also thinks your TWA paint job is by far good enough and doesn't need an 'official' replacement. So I join in with Timothy and sure enough many others by saying: upload this beauty to avsim please ! :-)

I Agree with the Other Fellas in here, that Livery sure is a Beaut. Go ahead and upload it.Paul.

OK, OK, OK...I'm going to give it a last check...just to see, if again I forgot to paint an antenna or anything else, I'll make a walkaround with Active Camera and then upload it...maybe tonight...:-hah BTW, thanks for your comments.RegardsThomas

>>Very nice, will you upload it to AVSIM please?Timothy,I've uploaded it (I only forgot to put a thumbnail x( )It should be available soon.GreetingsThomas
