Hi,I put in a request for this livery. Spacecraft you are correct, Ryanair do not operate the 700 but the 800 series. They also operate 737-200 but they will soon be replaced by an all 737-800 fleet.Fantastic repaint Mac Paint, thank you.Regards,Stephen

Hello Pete,I have a couple question for you, but first I would like to say your RyanAir and Speedbird look fantastic! Can you teach me to paint!? :-lolMy questions are...1) Will all the paints for the SU1.1 aircraft be compatible with the upcoming SU2? Is there going to be some modeling change in SU2? I take it the answer is probably 'no' but I am just curious.2) A While back I posted a request for a paint and Gary Hayes asked me to e-mail him the request. I did, and he said he replied that Bob Jones was going to tackle the paint job. It was for a 'Southwest Airlines Shamu'. Can you tell me if that paint is in the works? Just curious.I look forward to using your new paints in the sim. :)Thanks,Jimmy Richards

Hi Pete Sterling,Thanks much for a fine job. I'm curious to know if you've portrayed a new, old, or variant livery. Attached piccy taken by myself at Frankfurt-Hahn two weeks ago of 737-800 shows many differences from yours. As I said, just curious.- Petehttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/42139.jpg

Pete,The version I've painted is one that was requested by a customer. He sent links to the livery he wanted depicted and that's the version I've painted. I was thinking on doing one similar to that picture you've included and in fact, I've started on the logo and name and it'll be relativly easy to complete. Should be available for the SU2 Mega Livery release.:-spacecraft

Jimmy,As of this morning, no changes to the visual model have been made for the SU2 release and none have been discussed. I don't know what liveries Bob has on his plate but I'm sure he'll check in shortly and give you an update. I'll drop him a note and have him update you later tonight if he hasn't gotten back to you later today.:-spacecraft

Hi Pete, Thanks for the info. By the way, I'm a customer, too, from day one of release! Here are a couple of details to challenge you... the wording on the airstairs, and the rather nice feature in the doorway. :D(The challenge for me is getting the &*$$!! picture attached!)- Petehttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/42145.jpg

Thanks Pete, I appreciate it.Cheers,Jimmy Richards

Hi Pete,The repaint that Mac Paint has used is the new Ryanair livery. It was released recently. Here is a link of the new livery on an aircraft leaving Boeing field in Seattle:http://www.airliners.net/open.file/410626/M/Ryanair have many liveries now, including all the logo jets. But with the demise of their B737-200s I cannot see them being repainted in the new livery. It is likely that the older livery on the B737-800s will be repainted in this new livery.Regards,Stephen

Thanks Stephen for info. - Pete

Pete,The Hertz logo is easy but the stairs lettering would be too small to read. I'll put 'em there anyway and see if you can read them.:-spacecraft

If this paint isn't being worked on that's ok. I'm just curious is all. Thanks, :-)Jim Richards
