FD TO/GA mode fixed in SU2 ?

Featured Replies

As it seems that about EVERYTHING is fixed in SU2 I don't think that I need to ask this question but I AM curios. When engaging the FD for TO, I do get HDG as a lateral mode while it should be wings level e.g. blank, NO indication.Bernt Stolle Capt CRJ

Bernt,This in fact depends on an airline option. So current SU1.5 behaviour is not "wrong". But because we had lots of requests to change it we have wings leveller in SU2 TOGA.Rest assured : not EVERYTHING is fixed in SU2 ;-)anthonyAnthony MertonPrecision Manuals Developmenthttp://www.precisionmanuals.com

>Rest assured : not EVERYTHING is fixed in SU2 ;-)But close enough :-hah

Hi Anthony,Long time no hear ;-)That must be one of the most difficult aspects in modelling an A/C.Everybody owns a specific manual and hence believes that he's the owner of the one and only thruth!Apparently this one is valid for me as well. Sorry!RegardsBernt Stolle Capt CRJ

>That is a very true statement sir. That's why I own them all ;)If you really want to be afraid, ask him what other aviation "Manuals" he owns!If you think he's bad in the forum... you should see him on the beta team! :-lolJust kidding Randy... Just Kidding! :-)George

LOL, it's funny too because when I was just going by my CBTs I soon found out that they did not list the various options on this aircraft! And there are many. SO while CBTS are great, nothing beats up to date manuals ;) [h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smithhttp://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-5/196432/winglets_lg.jpg
