Thanks to everybody who sent me FSUIPC. But it seems to me that my problem wasn't in fsuipc. There were the same failures without difference what ver of fsuipc is installed 3.125 or 3.129. I have reinstalled airplane and now everything works fine. I think there was something wrong with installation.
