What is the convention for setting a mach speed in the legs page of the FMC?? I can't get it to take anything but IAS.

Hi,The convention is as follows. You are only allowed to change speeds on legs on Climb or Descent parts of the route and only set an IAS speed no M-speeds allowed. Setting any speed on Cruise legs are not allowed.Hope it helps,
