737-700 Performance Data Request

Featured Replies

Hello All!I have done some searching (google and PMDG forums) to find the performance data for the 737-700 requested by a flight planning utility that I use (AOPA Jeppesen Client) and have been unsuccessful to find... well, basically everything. I have attached an image of the entry window that shows all the data I need to fill in. I sure would appreciate the values should anyone be able to help. Thanks!Dave Brancahttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/52457.jpg

Arghh... ;) of course.

search the AVSIM Library for ZAGOREN, or for 737perf.zip. The 737 perf data covers the -700 ...

That is such a simplistic performance tool (I use it too for real C-172 flights) that I wonder how well you will do with a jet. A fixed rate of climb is pretty unrealistic, as is the fixed airspeed. But, I suppose it is worth a shot. You could probably figure out some average numbers that could make average flights come out close, but I suspect it will take a lot of tweaking and won't necessarily resemble the printed performance charts.Even for something like a C-172, the POH's climb performance table (starting altitude, ending altitude, time to climb, fuel to climb, distance covered) isn't completely linear as this form would seem to require. That is a nice flight planning tool. I like how you can rubber band your route to add waypoints.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

Thanks for the response. I understand that aircraft performance differs constantly according to the variables presented at any given time; as I've learned flying the real thing. I only ask for the numbers for general flight planning procedures and would never rely upon such numbers to give me a realistic expectation. The planning tool requires all the data, so I'm gathering it. Thanks!DB

Thanks for the tip! The data in the file provides everything I need even fuel flow (edit). I noticed after my first post that the fuel rates were included in the data. Thanks again!
