How many times can I try before I overping

I finally got thru to the intial download area and it looks like my first press of the download link failed. I am hesitant to press it again because I don't want to overping my account. How many times can we try a download before overpinging the account?Thanks,Kevin

I think they where refering to the link in the email... I could be wrong.

I think it's the link in the email too. I've been pounding on the link that comes up AFTER clicking the email link for about 3 hours now and have not gotten a fraud lockout. :)-Shaun

Shaun-The server will see EITHER as a potential problem.....So shaun- don't be surprised if the server does Red Card you...If it does- we'll get you sorted out, I promise!To answer the earlier question: "It depends." (Don't you love it?) The security is algorythmic and uses a learning system.... I can't imagine it is going to put up with too much of what it is getting right now- but that's okay.. we have tools to manage it!

Robert, I was able to get to a page that said something along the lines of "You are authorized to download the following files:" and provided a link to a ZIP file. However, when I click on that link, the Internet Explorer icon just spins indefinitely. I have let it spin for nearly an hour now, and it's still spinning. The progress bar on the botton of the window climbed to half way then stopped. I haven't been prompted for a location to save the file, or anything like that yet.Do you know if I should let it go, or try a refresh? Normally I would get a timeout error, or a prompt to save the .zip file, but I've received neither, so I'm a bit confused. Just curious if you knew what was up.Thanks.

Do you have DAP 5.3 or other download manager.I got to the download link, and klicked on the link. The progress bar would not go past 5 buttons then I realised I had accidently uninstalled DAP yesterday and I had not re-installed it.At this moment I haven't been able to get the download link due to heavy traffic.Mal

Got to the download link. I am getting "Password Required".Then it asks for a username and password.I have tried my my usual username / password and the order ID number and password. No luck.Mal
