This morning I attempted to download SU2, and used the link sent to me, got the shopping cart page with the product listed as available for download, clicked on it, told Download Accelerator where to store it, and then was prompted for a userid and password.The number and password in the email did NOT work - what gives?I'm perfectly willing to wait my turn for the connection to the server, but the info you send should be right.

I think the problem is that because the server is so busy, DAP does not get any response to the connection request it makes and therefore comes back with the same Authorisation Required window eventhough the details are correct. Maybe DAP does not distinguish between a very busy server which is unable to accept a connection and therefore keeps throwing up the Authorisation Required window because it is unable to connect to the server to get the information verified.Correct me if i'm wrong but I had the same problem and after about 1 and a half hours, it accepted my details but continued for over 2 hours to queue for the download, after which time it has started throwing up the old Authorisation Required window - most probably because the server is so busy and DAP doesn't realise that it is not because the username and password are wrong.Unfortunately just a case of keep trying but good luck :)Richie James

Exactly the same here. Using broadband I got connected approx 15 times. Tried open DAP -cut and paste the URL - tried right click to use DAP...Once it seem to be green light - but got a message that it was downloaded and asked for a re download. Well - the old one was really old -from july. Seems that PMDG has used the same zip name as the old 737ng zip.Wish PMDG could came up with download error messages up front and what to do.It is daytime in USA - so better giving up now. No need to waste sunday night. Coming back tuesday evening and see what happens.signing offeker
