im at the site that says u are authorized for the following downloads and i click the PMDG737 link and the status bar at the bottom of the page goes to almost half the bar and stops. i got SBC yahoo which is broadband. how long does it usually take to load?adamYou cant truley understand flying until you have actually tasted and felt it.

I have been at this screen 3 times - and, as you say, the status bar moves about half way and eventually the page times out and I have to start all over again.Sad.

i've done that--it gets halfway and then stops--well it says opening page still--buyt nothing has been happening for the last hour (I have cable so i can just leave page in background)

Well, if this helps, consider yourself one of the "chosen" if you actually got to that page. I got there once, after many hours.But the link didn't work. Unfortunately, I had to leave for work....working on weekends - its obscene (except when PMDG does it of course...:) )Now, I can't get back into that page.....So when you get impatient and fustrated, just remember, you're one of the lucky ones, cause you at least made it to the download link. :)

I've let it sit for like an hour - eventually it times out after about an hour with a 403.9. Never once got the download dialog to pop.The frustrating part about this is that you have to fight to 403.9's just to get to the download link. Then you have to fight the 403 battle again trying to get the link itself to work. No idea, how many times one must jump this hoop before the download actually starts.I would almost be partial to slow downloads, with the knowledge that something was actually happening - rather than a fast download that only happens 0.01% of the time.Jason Barlow
