Really got excited when i found out i could get this plane.. when i finally got through and i printed off my reciept, it said to "click here to finish transaction" i clicked that and a message popped up saying that the page could not be found"!!! what do i do now?Andrew

Andrew-A similar post was started below- and it appears that it was nothing short of pure luck that you guys even succeeded in getting onto the order server, as all the bandwidth is dedicated to sending files to existing customers...(We didn't think to disable the order page- but only a few of you reached it fortunately!)Once I get back on the server next, I'll take a look to see if there are any unfulfilled orders there....If we find that you do not have an order- we'll build one manually and send you the information...If you don't have an order- then no worries... you won't be charged...RSR

With all due respect Robert, where's the love for us new customers.We've been whipped into a frenzy with all the details, and now we have to wait in line behind customers who have already paid and received a working (and patched) version.If SU2 is an update, and not a patch, then they already have nice shiny plated PMDG aircraft to fly around while they wait. :)Please take my money! :)ed rutledge

Some of us paid for this aircraft on the day it was originaly released (months ago) and still can't get SU2. I see no difference if you managed to buy it today or you bought it months ago - we all deserve SU2 and many of us still can't get it. You don't deserve to be treated better because you're a new customer.Rich.

Hey Ed,If it helps, I can send you the 15 empty zip files I've managed to download. I don't think I'll be breaking any laws here cause the files are completely empty........wait....the name of the file has the words PMDG in it....oh well..sorry mate.:-)
