I though that If you made it to the "You are Authorised to Download" Page that you would then be able to enjoy a reasonable Download and Download Speed.Sadly for me that is not the case, I have made that page many times and the links either dont work, r the file begins to download and eventually times out.Not moaning, but its not really nice to finaly get in the door to be kicked out faster than you came in.Jason

same problem with me for the pas 2 daysi am able to get to the download xxxx.zip file and when i click on it there is no download and then i get an error message that states"internet explorer cannot download xxxx.zip from wwww.precisionmanuals.com.internet explorer was not able to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found."But i am patiently trying to download this at some future time.Bo

Same here. Several times I have even got the file to begin the download, but then get the message listed above. It feels so close, and then *poof* - gone. Hmmmmm....well, I am just waiting patiently....
