It seems on my system (P4 2.8 1gig ram GeForce 4600) I get pretty decent framerates for the most part (about 15 - 18) but on approach I am down to a 4 - 5 frame slide show. It seems the landing view helps a bit more than main view, but can anything else be done? Thanks. Tom

In your autogen folder, there should be a file named default.xml. Rename it to default.xml.bak and then try a flight. FPS should be improved, expecially on approach.
