Very difficult to do, as FS is very picky about the Shift - E - num key presses. I have never been able to open the cargo doors(if you can..)>2) What combination of keys or assignements are used to deploy>the stairs??Assagin a keypress to the following events: Concorde Nose Fully Extend/Retract. That will do it for you.

>> I have never been able to open the cargo doors(if you can..)I can open the doors if I first have another plane selected and in spot view. Then switch to the PMDG bird. You can open and close them, but if you switch views the only way to close is to select aircraft again.
