funny cockpit sound in 2D mode

Featured Replies

Hi all, first of all: What a wonderful plane !But I need some help with a small bug:when flying in 2D panel mode, the cockpit sounds more than funny. In 3 D and all other modes it is o.k., but in 2 D there is a very loud sound (clicking). Turning off recircle fan helps a bit but not really.Any ideas ?ThanksBen (EDDT)

Yeah ;), stay away from a real NG cockpit cause it sounds more loud than this! This is modelled after the real cockpit, the REC FAN is one noise and the other is the stand by attitude indicator, the *ticking*. If the sound is annoying you can (unlike real pilots) go to the PMDG Options Menu/Styles and turn them lower or OFF...[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smithhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/betaimg.jpg

Ben-when you say "funny sound", do you mean "tickle tickle", or "hahahaha"?:-) :-) Sorry - couldn't resist... :-) :-)

Guysit seems that my English made you laugh :-)O.k., to point out again what I meant:After I tickled (tickletickle) the plane it began to laugh (huaahahahaha) and that was the funny sound I have heard !!!!!Any questions ?I guess I have received a very, very special 737 version :-))))))Ben (EDDT)P.S. oh, and thanks I was able to reduce the sound as well. Just wait for 20 minutes, the plane stops laughing by itself :-))))
