Simple question

Hi All, Have become so used to using the FMC, that I was a little dumbfounded when I had to shoot a standard approach that included a procedure turn. How on earth do I see if I am making a proper 1 minute turn? I guess it is really obvious, but I have simply forgotten how to determine that. Thanks,BoazEKCH

Here's the formula for rate one turns,IAS/10 + 7 = X degrees of bankLets say a speed of 180. 180/10 = 18 + 7= 25 degrees of bank will equal to a rate one turn.I can't remember however if it's +7 or +6....Nick
