After the moans, groans & abuse I've seen on here just wanted to say a quick thanks to the Support Team. I'd been unable to update 737 TNG since it's release last month due to a broken link. An e-mail to support brought a reply within 4 hrs & I'm now up & running. Great work people ! :-)

Credit for support@ should be given mostly to Paul Gollnick- who, in spite of the fact that we technically share the duty- manages to clear out all support email twice a day. For the most part the answers are simple- and after working support for a few days your recognize nearly all the common problems- but occasionally it takes some real patience and some brainwork to figure out the possible conflict scenarios that might be out there...Paul then feeds a ton of data back to the development team on what types of things we are seeing- and keeps us looking at various areas that we might improve the stability of the airplane or correct minor defects that are cropping up at a high statstical rate...Then he gets to listen to me gripe that he is slowing down progress in other areas by making the team focus on more immediate problems that should have been addressed already... :-lolNot all that different than his day job- actually... He gets to deal with all the problems and listen to some airline captain complain that things weren't done yesterday in order not to inconvenience him....I think that's why Paul is so good at it! :-)I'll make sure paul get's your thanks!
