January 13, 200422 yr Hi,I downloaded the 600/700 paint kits and a few tutorials from various sites to try and have a go at doing a repaint for myself.Subsequently opened the files in Photoshop (per the tutorial) and immediately came up with my first question - 1. I can see all the rest of the bird, fuselage, wings, tail, windows, gear, details, but where is the nose in all that? Thanks in advance. Mike
January 13, 200422 yr Mike, there is not a seperate nose for the 600/700. See the attached image. The radome seperation line is good to use as a reference point when doing your nose art.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/57568.jpg http://www.precision...GX_Dev_Team.jpg PMDG Graphic Designer
January 14, 200422 yr Thanks for the reply Pete.Is there any way I can get a completed paint scheme such that I can see what's been placed where and then compare that to how it looks once its in use?Not sure of the correct term but "uncompiled" in flat 2d is what I mean as it appears when opened off the paintkits, but painted. Its a Big Ask I know, but it would give me and possibly some of the other unitiated a better place to start than the blank canvas that comes from the paint kits.Anyone?Mike
