January 17, 200422 yr Hi Alain, Here's an abridged start up sequence. Not ultra realistic, but it works :)http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=pri...0&mesg_id=31642
January 17, 200422 yr You can try my tutorial out in the file library, it details a whole flight, and can help you out (shameless plug)But to answer this question, it sounds like perhaps the APU isn't supplying bleed air to the ducts. Make sure to start the APU and then turn on the APU BLEED switch.
January 17, 200422 yr Author Hi imooreThanks for the answer...I'v tried..ecerything ok until #4 but whe I turn isolation valve to auto, the pressure doesn't react on the gauge...so even if I try to put the other switch on GND..not possible.....I wanna start that palne...I have the tutorial...but I'm missing something..Thanks Alain
January 17, 200422 yr Alain,Try flipping the switch all the way down to "OPEN" rather than auto. Also, make sure that the fuel cutoff valves are open. Double check that there aren't any blue lights on on the bottom half of the left hand side of the overhead panel, namely ones that say "[whatever] Valve Closed"
January 17, 200422 yr "I've tried..ecerything ok until #4 but whe I turn isolation valve to auto, the pressure doesn't react on the gauge..."Correct Boeing logic has been programmed into PMDG's Isolation Valve (since SU2). You must have at least one Pack OFF (or one engine bleed switch OFF) to enable the Valve to open to allow air to the Right Engine. Otherwise you will have to select the Isolation Valve to OPEN.Hope this helps.Cheers.Ian.
January 17, 200422 yr Author Thanks to all of you guys...Engine are now roaring...Now let's try to fly it...thext step...and next trip....Alain
