Mr. Metzinger in his tutorial recomends registering FSUCIP.When I tried to do so another window comes up asking for a 10 diget number.I looked at the email/docs etc. I recieved from PMDG and so on, cant find it.Must be getting dum in my old age?Any help/comments would be appreciated.Regards

Registration of FSUIPC requires a purchase of FSUIPC at peter dowson's page http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.htmlEverything that the PMDG needs in terms of functionality is available in the unregistered version of FSUIPC.

I think the main reason for this recommendation was the infinite battery item in FSUIPC. There was an FS bug that was discharging the battery before people had the chance to complete pre-flight and start the engines. This is no longer a concern in SU-3 so FSUIPC registration is not a necessity. However, it lets you play with some very fun stuff. Like the previous poster said, you can get a registration key by visiting Pete Dowson's web site. You'll find it very quickly if you do a web search on FSUIPC. Also, Tim's tutorial has not yet been updated for SU-3 but basically still works great.
