March 1, 200422 yr Hy!You may have an ATI card, right? I have the same problem with my 9800XT 256mb. I found out that radeon cards, render also 2d layers in contrast to nvidias. Try to set your card AF and AA settings as high as possible and turn of AA in your FS.I have been having flackering and stutter problems with my card, despite of the good framerate. But I send it back to the dhop today and I'll probably get a new one.If the new also wont work, it was the last ATI I bought myself. Two month trying to get it working, buying new MB, buying new HD, buying new RAM, is frustrating. So, maybe your GPU needs some treatment :-)bye, andre'
March 1, 200422 yr Hi,I used to have vague panels with my Ati 9500pro card as well. The following fixed it:Put these lines in your fs9.cfg file. Find the videocard section, and put the following under the Mode=1600x1200x32 (or something similar) line:TextureAGP=0PanelAsTexture=0Good luck!Regards,Robert-Jan Oosterloo
March 1, 200422 yr Hey Robert-Jan,Great tip.... thanks.I am using ATI AIW 9700pro and my panel was always blurry as above, so as you suggest I added those lines and WOW a perfectly clear panel.Good One!Paul ( SPIM )
