a bit questions

Featured Replies

Hi, PMDGI just purchased your 737-600/700 today, and did some test flights with it, and I came out with some questions. 1. when I load the PMDG aircraft, say 737-700 2D cockpit only, and I click OK, it took some time to get back to the main "create a flight" menu...... unlike the other aircraft where it went back to the menu as soon as possible. Is it quite normal or is there anything i can do?2. when i'm about to take off, I advanced the throttle to about 40% N1 as the manual said.... then when i pressed N1 button on the MCP, the N1 light didn't illuminate.... the LNAV light appeared.... I already armed the A/T and set everything in FMC correctly.... I chose TO and CLB on N1 LIMIT page in FMC..... but then after I rotate the aircraft, i select VNAV, the VNAV light came up.... so..... I thought it's weird...... do you know what I did wrong? Thanks a lot before, PMDG. hope my questions are not too much for you......Dany SetyadiWindows XP 1.7GHz512 MB RAMGe Force FX5600 latest driverHard disk space 55.8GB only 50% leftFlight Simulator 2004

Dany,When you load the 737nG in the Aircraft window, you will note a drop down menu that says 2D. If you click on it it will open up the option for 2D only, 2D and VC, or 2D, VC and Virtual Cabin.Ifn response to your t/o question, My best advice is to try either of the tutorials available for the aircraft to get familiar with the systems and how to set things up in the NG. It will make your flying a lot more enkoyable.RegardsPaul Gollnick :-cool Technical Operations/Customer Operational SupportPrecision Manuals Development Groupwww.precisionmanuals.comhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/devteam.jpg
