March 23, 200422 yr Hello,I just downloaded the Sid/Star for EHAM as I was flying from Copenhagen to EHAM I was vectored to RWY-19R I then wanted to set it up in the FMC and found that RWY-19R or any RWY-19 was not among the options. My question is this not supposed to be there or is it missing every other RWY seems to be there. The Sid/Star I downloaded came form the NavData website.Thanks:-hmmm
March 23, 200422 yr Seems runway 19 has been redesignated runway 18. With the new runway, you have 18L, 18C and 18R.The SID/STAR database from navdata reflects these changes, however the scenery may not. You'll have to get new scenery for EHAM with the new changes, otherwise this will keep on happening.-Phil Phil Brown
March 23, 200422 yr You can download the 'polderbaan' from avsim.comNew runway is 18R/36L-Runway 01L/19R redesignated Rwy 36C/18C-Runway 01R/19L redesignated Rwy 36R/18L
March 23, 200422 yr As I am only using the default scenery in 2004 is ther anything else I need to do? Or will the download fix that!!Thanks
March 24, 200422 yr That should do it! (it adds the polderbaan and redesignates the runways)there are some afcad files you can use too that give you more gates etc.visit http://www.nl-2000.comthey will have very detailed scenery of Amsterdam including EHAM however it will not be around until April 10th. (worth the wait though)also visit www.dutchvacc.nl as they have a lot of useful info especially for online flying regarding ops at eham.hope this info helps.Mark ;)http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/ng_driver.jpgAKA BAW101, First Officer
March 24, 200422 yr Hello,Sorry to bother you all again but I seem to have a problem with locating the file on avsim.I did download the P5-2004 from dutchvacc.nl which I think will do the job, however I am not sure wheter this will add the right ILS Nav Freq's to do the auto land if I would choose so.Holland is known for it's bad and sometimes foggy weather, autoland is a must almost. Thanks again guy's.:-zhelp
