Throttle up WARNING sound help

Featured Replies

After a flight and I land I can seem takeoff again unless I reset the flight. I seem to get the WARNNING beeping and even though I have everything set as I should it activates each time I try to throttle up. I have flaps set and FMC set correctly so I can't figure out why this is happening. Any clue?Regards,Keith

Keith,We know about this, and I believe this to be fixed in the 8/900.

What if I don't buy the 800/900? What can I do to fix the problem in the plane I just spent $40 on?Keith

So do I have to buy the 800/900 to get a fix for my 600/700? Keith

I have the same as above... also I have a constant quiter version of the alarm sound all the time I have FS9 running. I have tried resetting everything but no use. What am I doing wrong?Colin @-@

Hi,I got the same problem but not always.

Dunno what's wrong with your system, but I _do_ have a workaround:There will be a .wav file for this sound in your "sounds" folder. Simply rename it to something else (i.e. add a "_" at the end, or something similar). Sorry, I don't know the exact name.Voila! No more alarm sound.- Bill
