March 27, 200422 yr I have written 3 times, posted in the forum and still no reply from you. My Name is George Lehning and I purchased your 737NG for $39.95. I filled out the form and it said it was approved. This was on March 25, 2004 at around 10p to 10:30p. I have received no reply and don't understand why you at least don't respond to my email. Please advise me as to what I should do and how I am to receive my software that I purchased. At least let me know your working on it. Something please. If I have to cancel the order on the credit card or that you will send me the order. I can send you the Credit card name or number if that's what you need. March 27, 200422 yr Commercial Member George-If you did not receive a confirmation, it is most likely a result of not having read the instructions while ordering.If you wish to have an automated download of the product, you had to click the "Complete Order" button after getting confirmation of your purchase.If you didn't do this, then you did not get a download link.Sounds to me as though you have taken the correct approach by mailing technical support. We normally work support@ once or twice per day- and it's a combined effort for me and Paul. You'll hear from us soon with a solution if you've already emailed support.... Robert S.
