First off, there is no doubt the issue is at my end.purchased the new releaseclicked on the .exe filenothing happendbox displays stating that I need ver 1.3checked .cfg file and it stated I had 1.3 (which I do)okstart from the beginingerased PMDG directories, gauges, .dllinstalled base productinstalled SU 1.1tried to install SU 1.3...but it states that the PMDG main gauge is not valid.I assume that I must upgrade to 1.2 then 1.3question: where can I get the 1.1 to 1.2 SU?thanks

Mike, Install v1.3 only. Then run the 800/900 installer :)

SU1.2 was a complete revision of the product and did not come as a patch. If you had purchased the 737 base product before December, you should have received an e-mail from PMDG giving you a link to the new version. The only thing you can do now is write an e-mail to [email protected], include your order details and they will set you up with a new product download in its latest revision.Then you can install the 737-800/900.Sincerely,
