800/900 Landing lights

Please guys,It's been a couple of days since this bird was released. Most of this time the PMDG crew has worked to get some of their customers access to their downloads. And if you have had the time to read through the wast amount of new posts in this forum you will notice that this issue has been up for discussion already. As a lot of other things so there's been no time for working on fixese as of yet. Also consider it's a weekend and all of us has been working pretty hard to get this thing out with as few errors as possibleYou can't really expect a word or just anything from the development team at this moment... Just wait a couple of days or so and come back... We have seen this on occasion while beta testing. We could however not reproduce the procedures to get this to happen. So thus there was no way to find what was in fault. It is an intermittent issue. It seems it doesn't have anything to do with video drivers. It could maybe be something concerned the tieing the different systems to the different buses, where the battery bus is one. It could be one out of a zillion things... Please. The developers (and the beta team) are aware of this problem. Give us some time. Please?Do I make any sense here? Thanks,

Hi Guys;Just did 3 flights this evening, one with the 700 and the other two with the 800. Each flight was about an hour long. Tried "Extended battery life" in FSUIPC registered version, and DID NOT have the landing and taxi lights problem on any of them. Hope that this is the fix for this. I read in another post that this might also fix the radio problems some people are having. Can anyone else confirm this if you have FSUIPC reg.?Eric St-Louis

EricI've tried different set-ups with the extended battery set OFF and generators ONLINE but never managed to get the landing lights or taxi lights to stop working, neither the radio panel. SO I don't think this is the case...Cheers,

I also have the same problem. It is a weird one.Enrique O.

Same problem here - lights work fine until at some point during taxi, approximately three minutes into it.Was able to duplicate on the 800 and 900. Haven't tried the 700.Affects taxi, turn off and landing lights only. FSUIPC battery has no effect.
