I was just noticing through just flying, and I noticed that the 700 and 800 have the same max fuel. I was wondering, how does the 800 fly greater distances?

I don't think it does. Where did you read it flies further than the 737-700Have a look at http://www.boeing.com/commercial/737family/technical.html and then select range charts, very interesting.Nick

Both the 700 and 800 hold the same amount off fuel!!! the 700 has a range off 3260nm and the 800 2940nm

thanks guys, I must have been goofy when I saw that.I thought the 800 could fly the farthest out of all 737s!I guess they are more used to just carry more passengers!

The 700 has the best range of the bunch. The 900 has the worst.The 600/800 are close to the same ranges in the middle of the 900/700.Ray
