Hello is anybody else having trouble get through on the support e-mail address as I am everyone i send just bounces backregards Rob

Rob-Currently there are no email in the support que...Are you in AUstralia by chance? We are nearly unable to communicate with most folks on the main carriers in Australia... Apparently some IP blocking going on...
