737-800 Lower EICAS

Recommended Posts

Hi to everybody and thank you for this wonderful product!! :-jumpy I have a problem with the Lower EICAS: the screen in black. I'm NOT using the Side-by-Side EICAS. Reading the introduction manual I found the following lines: "Important Note: The lower display unit will only display data if you have selected either ENG or SYS from the lower DU selector panel located on the main panel". That makes me think that the Lower DU selector located on the mai panel should be working, but it's not clikkable.Any advice? Thanks a lot! :-wave

You have to use either of the two push buttons (ENG or SYS) located right above the EICAS.

On my panels (6/7/8/900) they're marked inop and don't do anything when you click 'em..I've tried the over/under and side by side eicas to no avail.Trevor LoweCYYZ Apron CoordinatorTerminal 3YYZTWCR

User error again. :) I guess I'm not as scientific as I thought. I have to have over/under selected, and THEN press the buttons.. :) Got it working. Thanks!Trevor LoweCYYZ Apron CoordinatorTerminal 3YYZTWCR
