Hi folks,If anyone from the PMDG team is reading this, I've sent 3 email to support today and so far no response. I am looking to have an email sent with my original 600/700 download link. I lost it and wish to reinstall the 600/700 before purchasing the 800/900.Can anyone help me out?Thanks,

Mike-The number of email you send will not improve response time... (in fact it may slow it down!)Support gets run a couple of times a day. If you did not get an answer yet- you will....

Sorry Robert... I just figured I would have made it in time for a support run in the last 12 hours.

Hello again,I don't want to be bothersome, but after 26 hours I have not received a response from support. I would very much like to purchase the 800/900 and get some flying in this weekend before returning to work, but I have to reinstall the 600/700 first. I make a habit of backing up the emails for my purchases, but I seem to have missed the one for my purchase of the 600/700. All I am looking for is an email from support with my download link for the 600/700. My purchase info was sent in the emails.I don't want to send any further emails to support lest I slow the process down so I'm hoping I can get a response through the forum.Thanks,

After searching through many CD's I was happy to finally find my original purchase email for the 600/700. However, the download link no longer appears to work. I have sent another email to support with a copy of the original email, which should serve as my proof of purchase, in the hope that you will send me a valid download link.Is there anyone checking support email on the weekend or am I simply wasting my time until Monday?
