May 7, 200422 yr Hi, all:I've lost access to speed control a number of times, especially when preparing for a hop in the PFMG-737-900 (2D Pit only). However; if I notice it's not on, I check it on early and it usually remains with me. If I've set most of the flight plan up, and the A/T is not lit, I'm not going to get any A/T speed control.Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong, just wondering whether anyone else has noticed this anomoly?Ron McLeod CYEG
May 7, 200422 yr Sorry but I am not undesrstanding what you are trying to say? Are you saying that your A/T will not stay engaged when you flip the switch and other times it will? I have noticed that sometimes it is "clickable" and can be engaged. If it isn't and I try to engage it, it will often simply disengage itself and I cannot arm it. I can't remember, but I believe that A/T can't be engaged on the ground. You can on the defaul (uggh) MS 737 when you're lined up for departure and will spool up the engines and you're rollin'. I just can't figure out why the PMDG 737 initilization speed toggle (using the 2D only) is intermitently available? Ron McLeod CYEG :-hmmm
May 7, 200422 yr RonYour engine driven generators (EDGs) are online? Just trying to rule out the obvious here. You should be able engage A/T when lining up at the RWY.Hope it helps, Mats JohanssonPMDG Flight Test Dept | Asus Z270-A | Intel i5-7600K @ 4.8 GHz OC/H2O | nVidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB OC/O2|

I suppose I'll find the EDGs on the overhead, and that may well be. I haven't gotten that deep into the manual as yet, but I'm getting there. I've been flying Airbuses and everything is different. It's been a while for good Boeing product and that's why I bought the PMDG-737, ;-)Ron McLeod - CYEG
