I've just purchased the B 1900d and since I've never purchased from PMDG before I was wondering how long before I would receive a notification as to download keys etc.Jack Fentress

The reply mail from PMDG should be pretty immediate! If you haven't received it within a couple of hours, check your spam mail. It may bounce. And send an e-mail to [email protected]. This reply however, can take up to 24 hours. Please try to supply PMDG with an additional e-mail adress as well. SOmething like hotmail or the like.Hope it helps,
