July 10, 200421 yr Original problem solves... new question though:Anyone have the SID (to put in the KLAX.txt) for the LAXX5 departure for KLAX? Can't imagine why this isn't in the default procedures, seems like the only DP I ever get assigned.
July 10, 200421 yr Commercial Member LAXX5 is a vector DP.Daryl ShuttleworthDS 3339http://vatsim.pilotmedia.fi/statusindicato...tor=OD1&a=a.jpg The SUPPORT FORUM for Level-D Simulations products: http://www.leveldsim.com/forums
July 10, 200421 yr It begins as a Vector to SLI, but after that there are 3 or 4 waypoints, depending on the transition. Is there no way to enter this kind of departure into the FMC and save it as a SID?
July 10, 200421 yr Commercial Member Yes, you could program it, but my reading of the DP does not mention that vectors are to SLI. Looks to me that either SLI is used for LAXX4.DAG and OCN is for LAXX4.IPL.Perhaps you have an updated chart?Daryl ShuttleworthDS 3339http://vatsim.pilotmedia.fi/statusindicato...tor=OD1&a=a.jpg The SUPPORT FORUM for Level-D Simulations products: http://www.leveldsim.com/forums
July 10, 200421 yr Richard Stefan's site (navdata.at) has some SID/STAR procedures for individual airports uploaded by users. I didn't see KLAX, but you can try posting a message in the NavData forum to see if anyone is willing to program that SID for you or if they have one.Nick B.Continental Airlines 737NG Pilothttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/800driver.jpg--AMD Athlon XP 3200+ @ 2.2 Ghz (Equal to 2.8 ghz)400W Power supply3x 80 mm Case FansSoyo VIA KT600 Dragon PlusnVidia GeForce FX 5200 128 mb2 x 512 PC400100 GB Western DigitalMicrosoft Sidewinder Precision 2
