I suspected the PSU was failing, but am reticent to jump to conclusions as monitoring software is not always reliable. How is not giving definite dates or monthy updates about the product that doesn't yet exist in the marketplace in any way disrespectful? Isn't it disrespectful of some community members to continue to post support solutions here in the UNOFFICIAL forum when we have stated time and again that OFFICIAL support is offered for FREE at http://www.leveldsim.com/forums? When offering assistance here you may be aiding members of the community who prefer to steal software rather than purchase the product. I guess respect is a one-way street? We appreciate that the community would like to see the product released, and so would we, but for various reasons - which I will not impart to the community because it is an internal matter - the product is not ready to be released. But, hey, it could be ready to be released tomorrow. But since we don't make announcements that's unlikely. Thanks for the interest and support. We recognize the delay has turned into a hideous mess. But, in hindsight, we should never have released ANY INFORMATION until the project was closer to completion. What makes the mess more intolerable from my point of view as the public spokesperson of Level-D is that some self-appointed nameless police officers - like you northridge - in the forums who feel it is their role to make us account for the delay. Like we have somehow owe you something, that we have taken some money from you... Such a monumental waste of 0's and 1's to engage in this kind of retrograde negativity. But, I persist posting here, because I do care about our customers, and don't wish a few cranky apples to twist the message to something it isn't.
